The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA) in the Philippines conducts a 3-day exhibit, from September 21 to 23, 2016, in celebration of the International Day of Peace to drive public awareness on the entrepreneurship, creativity, and resilience of internally displaced people (IDP) in Zamboanga City. Three weavers from the IDP communities in Zamboanga are present to do on-site weaving and to display their indigenous products for sale to the public.
